****HOMEWORK****

Language Arts:

-Please remember to read at home: 20 minutes for 3rd graders, 30 minutes for 4th graders

-Please bring in a book for DEAR Time (independent silent reading).

-Remember to visit Raz-Kids at home. www.raz-kids.com – Please read at least 1 book and complete 1 quiz by Monday. Challenge yourself to read books at your assigned level.

***4th grade students who are reading battle books do not need to complete the Raz-Kids assignment.



-Editing Practice Sheet #6 (both sides!) due Jan. 11

-Spelling City activities due Jan. 11

-Cursive practice – 3rd grade= pages 24 and 25, 4th grade = pages 24-25, get parent signature, due Friday



Math:

3rd grade- Bring in 100 pennies in a bag or roll



4th grade- IXL – 50 minutes per week (Here are some suggestions for IXL practice this week: D and E skills)

-Practice multiplication facts 6-9!, only 40 minutes of IXL this week
