We had a wonderful beginning to the school year! The first day was amazing!!!!!! It was a busy day, full of many activities and details. I was excited to see all of the new friendships that were being formed in just one short day.
It was fun to go to our Town Hall meeting this morning and meet with Mr. Hartley, and to go to our bus family meeting to get to know some of the kids that we will be riding our bus.
A perfect first day!

*HOMEWORK:
–Read at home. 20 minutes for 3rd graders, 30 minutes for 4th graders
–Please bring in a book for DEAR Time (independent silent reading). We don’t start checking books out from the Media Center until next week.
-Each student will need to decorate their composition writing notebook (please see the directions in the blue folder).
